Lasagna al Forno Sheets of pasta layered with ham, egg, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese baked in a tomato, bolognese and bechamel sauce. Cannelloni al Forno Pancakes filled with minced, seasoned and braised beef and then baked in a tomato, bolognese and bechamel sauce.
