We asked Christian de Vittoris what the Italians say about mothers. His answer was: "Una mamma può creare cento figli ma cento figli non possono crerate una mamma" — "A mother can raise 100 children but 100 children cannot raise a mother."

Manuel Castillo (our Restaurant Manager who hails from Chile) said this: "Hay muchas mujeres en tu vida, pero solamente una madre" — "There are many women in your life but only one mother." And then he added this: "Porque Dios no puede estar en todas partes, creò a la madre" — "Because God can't be everywhere, He created the mother."
